FAQs

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR DELIVERY?
For Singapore Customers
We are happy to share that all local deliveries are currently free for all orders above SGD79. For orders under SGD79, a standard shipping fee of SGD5 will be charged.

For International Customers
Various shipping rates apply to different destinations - you can refer to them here. Please note that this charge does not include prevailing custom charges and/or additional local delivery charges if required.

 

AM I ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER? 
We regret to inform that we are unable to modify or change an order once it has been placed on klarra.com, as the picking and packing of orders happens very quickly once you have placed an order. We are unable to stop an order once it is being processed or make any changes, including delivery/collection addresses, email addresses, change of size, change of colour, adding an item or removing an item. Instead, you may return the item (brand new with tag and in good condition) within 14 days from date of purchase for store credits or to do an exchange for in stores.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
For Singapore Customers
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days and will be attempted to deliver to you within 4-6 working days from the day an 'Order Shipped' email is sent to you.

For International Customers
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days and will take anywhere from 15-35 working days to reach you depending on where you are from the day an Order Shipped email is sent to you. 

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
You can return your order within 14 days (for local orders) and 45 days (for overseas orders) from date of purchase. All items returned have to be in their original condition - attached with original tag, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Items will be inspected upon reaching us.

For online purchases, you may return your item for:
1. Store credits or
2. Exchange for a new item or size

For store purchases, return for store credits is strictly not allowed. You may return for an exchange to a new item or size only.

We try our best to accept all returns as long as they reach us in good condition and in their original state. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Do note that returns/exchanges are not allowed for sale items or orders using promotional codes. Each order is only valid or one-time exchange or return

 

HOW TO TELL IF THERE IS A COLOUR & MEASUREMENTS DISCREPANCY
We strive to portray the most accurate colour possible of our products that appear on our site. However, there may still be slight colour discrepancies due to individual’s screen. 

As each piece is individually made, please allow a variation of +/- 0.5 inches on measurement and we do not classify these under defects.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Do kindly email to our Customer Care at sales@klarra.com with a snapshot of the defect and a detailed description, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF MY STORE CREDITS FOR ONLINE RETURNS?
If the product is successfully returned, the store credit refunds would be made to you via a gift card. The value of the store credits will be the paid price of the return item, in Singapore currency (SGD). Store credits are valid for 6 months upon from the date of issue. It can be used in both online & physical stores.

Should you use partial of the store credits for your next purchase, the remaining credits will still have the same validity as per your date of issue. Store credits are non-exchangeable for cash.

 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM IN STORE?
We regret to inform we currently are unable to do reservation of items in store.
